Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mayfield, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
The project was already awarded for asphalt awarded to Bill Adams Construction, Ky amount of $172,783.00 and it will be completed 2 weeks from now. For the track awarded to Hellas Construction,Tx amount of $170,832.00 it will be completed on Nov 15th. The project consists of maintenance renovations to repair/replace eroding conditions of the high School running track. This bid package shall include performing improvements such as reconstructing unsupported track edge conditions with concrete and/or asphalt, installing new asphalt event surfacing and installing new fencing along with incidental storm water, grading, lawns and grasses. Prebid Meeting: A Prebid meeting has not been scheduled for this project at this time. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Bid security shall be in the form of a bid bond issued/executed by an acceptable surety company or a certified check. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
