Site work for a water / sewer project in Lawrence Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The bid shall provide for the installation of drainage improvements in Central Park and on various streets within the Township. The work under this contract includes concrete pipe (405 LF), inlets and sump pump collection systems (1,180 LF) with individual residential connections (14) as set forth in the specifications. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on August 20, 2019. Construction shall commence on or about September 9, 2019. The completion of the project shall be thirty (30) working days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed by October 25, 2019. Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 - 1 et seq.
