The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to: remodeling of a educational facility. 1. Maintaining integrity of existing membrane roofing system as indicated on drawings. 2. Design and Installation of Sub-framing for support of a new metal roof. 3. Removal, relocation, extending and offsetting of all existing rooftop mounted and perimeter edge mounted, HVAC and electrical equipment and devices, ducts, stacks, plumbing vents, etc. into the new roof and wall panel systems with proper code clearance above the roof and/or as indicated by drawing documents. 4. Installation of R-30 and R-19 fiberglass insulation over all interior attic spaces under the new roof system. 5. Design and Installation of a new, standing seam, interlocking metal roof system complete with all trim, wall panels, flashings, gutters, and accessories as required to provide a 20 year manufacturer's warranty on material and water-tightness to safely withstand the code mandated loads as noted on the drawings. 6.
