As of August 12, 2024. The construction manager has advised that there will be approximately 18 months of preconstruction prior to the start of this project. They are expecting to have seven (7) GMP packages with numerous work packages in each. At the time each work package is released, the interested sub contractor will be required to go through the same prequalification process as the construction manager did prior to award. Construction is anticipated to commence Q1 2025. There will be two parts to each work package to be submitted together using a Competitive Sealed Proposal process. 1. The prequalification documentation. 2. The bid for said trade within the work package. Each bid will then be scored to determine the best qualified subcontractor for each trade. The first work packages are expected to be released no earlier than October 2024.
