CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/19/2019 3:30 PM The project work consists of furnishing all material, equipment and labor to clear approximately 29,199 linear feet (more or less) of utility easement and/or sewer line right of way (ROW) of all large vegetation including but not limited to: trees and stumps to grade, brush, logs, weeds and decayed vegetable matter The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening Each bidder shall comply with all applicable State and Local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulation of firms doing business in the State of Alabama. Bidder(s) must have Contractor's license issued by the Alabama State Board of Contractors. For questions regarding purchasing procedures contact Charlotte Langford, Purchasing Agent.
