The County of San Bernardino Real Estate Services Department - Facilities Management Division,hereafter referred to as the "County", is seeking proposals from interested and qualified Contractors to provide emergency response, preventative maintenance, repairs and support for thirteen (13) Data Aire CRAC units at 15900 Smoke Tree Street in Hesperia. Deadline for Submission of Questions July 29, 2019 at 12:00 PM (noon). Proposals will not be accepted by email or facsimile. The County estimates a budget of between $400,000 and $500,000 for completion of this work. Services to be provided under this Request for Proposals (RFP) are outlined under Section V, Scope of Work. The Contract period will be for a maximum of 5 years beginning on/around October 1, 2019 and ending on/around September 30, 2024.
