Replace one cable at a time, power interruption is not allowed. Work on this site also indicates reconstruction of an existing CMC electrical vault with live 15kv cables, power interruption is not allowed. Replacement of existing 15kv cable from an existing DTE pad mounted switch and primary metering section of the existing electrical substation in the lower level of the Macomb County Administration Building in downtown Mt. Clemens, Michigan as indicated on the contract documents. Work includes cleaning of existing duct banks and existing manhole covers and replacement of manhole covers and re-landscaping and associated material. Replacement of existing 15kv cable from the existing DTE pole on Hall Road to the existing primary outdoor switchgear by directional bore. Note: two alternates are solicited on this project. 1. To sawcut & trench asphalt and 2. To reuse existing conduit, to the Macomb County warehouse facility (Vic Wertz Building), Clinton Twp., Michigan as indicated on the contract documents. Provide complete Cleaning, Maintenance, and Testing of all existing Substation and switchgear sections at the Macomb County 16th Circuit Court, downtown Mt.
