The County of San Bernardino on behalf of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide preventative maintenance and support for ARMC's Metasys(R) Building Automation System There will not be a pre-bid conference for this RFP. The County estimates a budget of between $100,000 and $150,000 annually for monitoring, preventative maintenance and repair services. Contract Term Services to be provided under this Request for Proposals (RFP) are outlined under Section V, Scope of Work. The Contract period will be for a maximum of five years beginning on August 5, 2019 and ending on August 4, 2024.
