Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lebanon, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The proposed work consists of the construction of a 10'' x 3'' pre-cast concrete box culvert and a 6 1/2 " PCC entrance apron off of IL Rte. 4 across from Union St. in Lebanon, IL. This improvement will be completed as an IDOT "Access Permit" project. Other areas of work include miscellaneous removal items, structure excavation, base preparation, combination curb and gutter, drainage structures, sidewalk, and miscellaneous activities to complete the improvements as proposed. No less than the prevailing rate of wages, as determined in accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage, shall be paid to all laborers, operators, teamsters, masons, plumbers, and any workmen employed in construction on this project. All Bidders shall be prequalified with the Illinois Department of Transportation for the classification of work involved in this project. All work shall be performed in accordance with the IDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, edition in effect at the time of the bid. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bidder''s total bid price, such security being an acceptable bid bond, certified check, or cashier''s check. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond or Letter of Credit in the full amount of the bid. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Lebanon, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
