Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Laguna Niguel, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Award date will be on 8/21/2019. NOTE: Interested contractors or bidders will need to contact the source for the bidding documents, plans and specs to be eligible on bidding the project. The work includes the following: grinding existing asphalt pavement (370,600 SF), placing ARHM pavement with fibers (4,570 tons), placing AC leveling course with fibers (2,230 tons), installing traffic loops (67), curb ramp improvements, thermoplastic striping and markings, traffic control, and raising utility manholes, and utility valve covers. The Contractor shall have thirty (30) working days after the starting date specified in the Notice to Proceed to complete the work.
