Project number- 592, 18.0003596.000, 20467-235879 The project generally consists of site work, playground demolition and construction, pool demolition and construction, site amenities, lighting, stormwater, and recreational facilities. Technical questions will be accepted by Matt Metzler, Deputy Director of Public Works, via e-mail at mmetzler@cityoflancasterpa.com until 5:00 PM EST Tuesday December 31, 2019. All questions must be submitted in writing and will only be accepted via email. In selecting the successful bidder, the lowest responsible bidder may not be the bidder submitting the lowest dollar amount bid. The City may consider the quality of services provided, responsiveness and past performance of the bidders in determining the lowest responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re-advertise if the best interest of the City will thereby be promoted. Bids security of 10% of bid is required. Bidding documents (plans and specifications) must obtained from the City of Lancaster to be eligible to submit a bid. If the documents were not obtained from the City or one of its authorized agents, but from a third party, your bid may be subject to rejection at the owners discretion.
