The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation is to identify the most qualified, responsive, and responsible proposer to provide design packages for Phase 1 of the City's Corporation Yard Fueling Support Facilities and Transfer Station Improvements. Specific project location is 592 Superior Avenue, Newport Beach, California. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of the response to all provisions of this RFP. Evaluations will be based solely on a Qualifications Based Selection process. The City may use some or all of the following criterion in its evaluation and comparison of proposals submitted.
