Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Port St Joe, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a 896-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of the removal and replacement of one over water timber gazebo approximately 32'x28' with timber ramp located at Frank Pate Park in Port St. Joe. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes. Completion date for this project will be 90 days for Substantial Completion and 100 days for Final completion from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $200.00 per day. The City of Port St. Joe reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of The City of Port St. Joe. All bids shall remain firm for a period of sixty days after the opening. The City of Port St. Joe is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Affirmative Action Employer.
