For the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to Construction of Well No. 2 Water Well and Pump Rehabilitation for Horsepen Bayou MUD, Harris County, Texas Contractor to supply all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to pull existing well motor/discharge column/well pump; take well motor/discharge column/ well pump to be examined to determine if any repairs are necessary; initial video of well; wire brush well; remove fill; final video of well; reassemble and set well pump/discharge column/well motor; well disinfection; site restoration; Complete in Place. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
