Site work and paving for a road / highway in Smyrna, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
A tentative list of streets and locations scheduled for resurfacing is included. All sanitary and storm sewer manholes as well as valve boxes will be lowered and raised by the City. Any traffic loops will also be replaced by the City. The City of Smyrna has the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. All questions or request for additional information must reference RFQ 20-001 and must be submitted by email or letter no later than 5:00 P.M., Thursday, August 08, 2019. All questions and answers will be posted on the City of Smyrna's web site. No contact will be permitted between bidders and any City staff members or elected officials, except through the Purchasing Manager. The Purchasing Department office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The phone number is 678-631-5406.
