Demolition, site work, new construction and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received. All walkthrough attendees must provide names of the individuals that will attend the walkthrough a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough date/time to get access granted to this secure facility. Names shall be submitted to Jamie DeFranco Chupa via e-mail (jdefranco@lydig.com). All bidders are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review the schedule and phasing plan included with the bid package to familiarize themselves with the project logistics prior to the walkthrough. Deadline for questions is July 25th, 2019 @ 2:00PM. Final Addendum will be issued no later than July 29th, 2019. Questions should be directed to mseeberger@lydig.com.
