Demolition, site work, new construction and remodeling of a municipal facility in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project is to perform building abatement/demolition, site utilities and a new fuel island in preparation for Phase II which will construct and/or remodel multiple Central Maintenance buildings at the Reach Facility Hydro Facility for Chelan County PUD No. 1 and Lydig GC/CM.\ The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received. Deadline for questions is July 25th, 2019 @ 2:00PM. Final Addendum will be issued no later than July 29th, 2019. Questions should be directed to mseeberger@lydig.com.
