Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ajax, Ontario. Design plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
Widening of Rossland Road to 4 lanes from Westney Road to Lake Ridge Road. This project also includes multi-use paths/sidewalks, storm sewers & culverts. In addition, the project would include intersection improvements at Bennett Avenue and Seggar Avenue, Harwood Avenue, Rushworth Drive and Lloydminister Avenue, and Audley Road. Phase 1: Rossland Rd from Salem to Lakeridge - Land Acquisition in 2024; Utility Relocation in 2025 & Construction in 2026. Phase 2: Rossland Rd from Salem to Westney - Land Acquisition in 2025; Utility Relocation in 2026 & Construction in 2028. TIMELINE: Detailed design is ongoing. Construction will be completed in 2 phases. Updates may be available spring 2026.
