Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Freeport, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,050-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
Renovation of the existing Visitor Center consisting of the lobby area and toilets. As of September 9, 2020, this project is being priced by the design-builder. Construction is tentatively expected to start in early-October 2020 with completion by early-April 2021. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Brazoria County is seeking Statement of Qualifications from Design Build firms to provide design-build services to repurpose / renovate the visitor area at the San Luis Pass Headquarters. The successful firm must include an architect or engineer, sub consultants as required and a construction contractor. The name of the architect/engineer and the construction contractor shall be included as part of the submittal to this RFSQ. The County intends to award a contract to the selected firm for the entire scope of work. Questions Due Date: Jul 23rd 2019, 11:00 AM Brazoria County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/offers as it deems in its best interest and to waive any formalities. Estimated Budget: Phase I & Phase II Only: $60,000 Estimated Budget for Phase III: $350,000
