SUB AWARDS. The Board of Education of the Regina School Division No. 4 of Saskatchewan and The Board of Education of the Regina Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 81 of Saskatchewan are inviting bids for the general construction of the Project Argyle & St. Pius X Joint-Use School located at Lakeview Avenue Regina, SK. Mechanical and Electrical Contractors are PREQUALIFIED as well. The project is a shared joint-use school and community facility between Regina Public Schools and Regina Catholic Schools. The project consists of a 11,050 square metre (118,941 sq. ft.) building comprised of: - New Argyle Elementary School (2 storeys) - 5,300 square metres - New École St. Pius X (3 storeys) - 5,300 square metres - New Childcare Centre (1 storey) - 450 square metres The project is expected to start construction in the spring of 2021 with substantial completion in the spring of 2023.
