As of May 19, 2022, the project is currently over budget and is undergoing changes. The construction manager is awarding contracts from bids received in March and will not be seeking additional pricing. At this point in time, construction is expected to start in August of 2022 and will take approximately two years to complete.* *Absolutely no inquiries will be accepted at this time.
