Pursuant to Education Code section 17250.10 et seq., die District is seeking a DBT to design and construct the District’s Mar Vista High School Aquatics Facility & Central Campus Modernization. The selected DBT must be appropriately licensed and registered in the State of California for architectural, engineering, and construction services as needed to complete the Project. The general contractor must have a valid A and/or B license. In addition, die selected DBT shall have experience widi both design and construction of public school facilities and in working widi the Office of Public School Construction (“OPSC”), the Division of die State Architect (“DSA”), and Tide 24 of die California Code of Regulations. The selected DBT must be registered widi die Department ofIndustrial Relations (“DIR”) as required by law. The selected DBT will be required to comply widi die Tabor Code prevailing wage requirements and die District’s bonding and insurance requirements.
