Reference Number : 1497841 Electronic submission accepted: No The Algonquins of Barriere Lake Community is requesting bids for the work of upgrading of their drinking water treatment and distribution plant. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the form of a certified check representing at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender to the order owner or a bid bond established at the same amount valid for a ninety (90) day period. Only contractors are authorized to tender for the execution of the work. construction, within the meaning of the law on the professional qualification of building contractors construction (LRQ chap. Q-1) which have their main establishment in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by a market liberalization agreement applicable to municipalities. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the measures taken by the government, the opening of tenders will not be public and the procedure for the physical submission of proposals is replaced as follows: No proposal received after the closing date and time will be accepted. The Bidder must allow sufficient time before the closing date and time to enable receipt of electronic documents by the recipient. Documents in paper format (original and two (2) copies), identical to the version electronic (PDF), will also be sent by mail If there is a difference between the electronic copy (PDF format) and the paper format, the copy electronic primera. The maximum size per email (including attachments) is limited to 10 megabytes. An acknowledgment of receipt by email will be sent to the tenderer confirming the receipt of the proposal sent by email.
