Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work for the project will include milling and resurfacing of approximately 2,400LF of roadway, construction of concrete curb and sidewalk, including ADA compliant curb ramps, traffic striping, minor drainage improvements, final site cleanup, and all work incidental thereunto. Bidders shall visit the City of Trenton electronically for any addenda/notices issued prior to the bid opening. Failure to do so could result in the rejection of your submission. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975,c127(N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq). No Pre-bid Is Required.
