Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reconfiguration of 8th Floor. Scope of work is to build 2 new quiet rooms and 2 new meeting rooms with glass partition with new window film, type of Film be determined. Glass doors (to match SAT - 09 existing meeting and quiet rooms). Those rooms need to be well Insulated (trough ceiling) to ensure the privacy of the users. This will require electricity, vent and sprinklers relocation work. Since there will also be some workstations reconfiguration, we will also need some electrical work, paint (column and Wall), new conduit into the wall to be done at the same time. To install white noise into the ceiling for all the new area (see drawing attached) and provide a design for all the floor (for future purpose); Disconnect 9 power poles / Connect 3 power poles; Install about 6 conduits into the new walls (for data); Install about 12 new outlets into new walls; Paint of 2 columns; Patch and paint walls. Provide and install 2X cubies Cabinet. Sub-Consultants: Mechanical and Electrical Timeline: Project has been publicly tendered and awarded.
