Project no - 11805A.10 PROJECT BUDGET: The City of Visalia does not provide an Engineer's Estimate, however the total approved Project Budget for the Shirk Capacity Enhancement as was approved in the City's Capital Improvement Program for this project is approximately $12,000,000.00. The total approved Project Budget is an estimate of the total project delivery costs which includes but is not limited to construction, engineering design, construction support, city project management and administrative costs. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, cashier's check, certified check, or bidder's bond made payable to the City of Visalia for an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of bid, such guaranty to be forfeited should the bidder to whom the contract is awarded fail to enter into the contract. This project requires the Contractor to have a Class A or combination of Class C licenses to perform all aspects of work.
