The following terms will be included in the resulting agreement between the successful vendor and the City of Indianapolis and Marion County herein referred to as "City." Written Questions Due Date: August 7, 2019 at 12:00 noon Eastern Time preferably by e-mail to the buyer or faxed to (317) 327 -4493. Questions pertaining to the technical specifications and bidding documents may be directed to Alissa Franklin, Purchasing Division, in writing either by e-mail to Alissa.Franklin@indy.gov or fax (317) 327-4493 The term of the initial contract shall be one (1) year, effective from the date of the award letter. There will be no bid bonds or performance bonds required for this contract. The City of Indianapolis/Marion County reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any of the terms and conditions and provisions contained in the Invitation to Bid (RFB) or other documents, or any informality, irregularity or omission in any bid, and to award to one or more bidders.
