Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wilsonville, Oregon. Design plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project will construct a pedestrian and bicycle bridge over Interstate 5, from Town Center Loop West to Boones Ferry/ Barber Street. Property acquisition will occur this fiscal year, with the remainder accumulating the needed funds to meet future construction needs. Project is included City of Wilsonville FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Plan. As of December 19, 2023, project is scheduled for FY2023-2028 with completion in FY27/28. Per owner, design team has been identified and design is at 90%. Construction timeline has not yet been determined as the City is still putting together a funding plan. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
