Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Kamiah, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing improvements at the City's Bryan Drive Booster Station located on Baker Road. Work includes demolition, as well as minor structural modifications to a CMU building, new roofing, piping, electrical systems, controls systems, minor site work, miscellaneous appurtenant work, and installation of new pump equipment. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each bidder must have a Public Works Contractors License in the State of Idaho prior to bid opening in accordance with Idaho law. All contractors and subcontractors performing work on the Project shall comply with TERO requirements and Davis-Bacon wages applicable to the project and in effect at the time of bid is due.
