Renovation of a municipal facility in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For Replace Elevator Modernization, Fletcher Building Bid Package - 14A Elevators The work includes, but is not limited to, renovation through modernization of three passenger elevators and one service elevator including replacement of drive equipment and controls, cab finishes, miscellaneous metal fabrications, one door and hardware, special wall and floor coatings, painting, signage, new equipment room HVAC, new lighting, electrical distribution and smoke and fire alarm upgrades. Bid Bonds are required for any bid of $100,000 or more. A Payment and Performance Bond, submitted on the Cook Brothers Inc. bond form, will be required for any subcontract of $100,000 or more. 14A Elevators Address all questions to Jay Beard (850) 514-1006. Cook Brothers Inc., (CBI) is the Construction Manager for this Florida Dept. of Management Services (Owner) project. The Owner is not a party to any and all solicitations and submitted quotations or bid proposals which are made to the Construction Manager. Nothing in the bid documents, either expressed or implied, enjoins Owner as a party to the receipt, review or award of bids received by Construction Manager. Award of each trade contract shall be based solely on the best interests of the Project as determined by Construction Manager. Cook Brothers, Inc., as Construction Manager for this project, reserves the right to accept and reject any and all bids and waive informalities in any bid.
