As of Oct 14,2019 project has been awarded to Forrest shoemaker amount of $750,708.32 . Project start and completion date is not yet determine. The bidder should carefully examine the site of the work and proposal documents to become fully informed of the conditions to be encountered and the character of the work to be performed. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after time set for opening bids, will be returned unopened. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty (30) days after opening of bids and the written contract executed within ten (10) days thereafter. A cashiers check, certified check or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Checks or surety bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. Completion time, qualifications, and money will be a consideration in awarding a contract. All questions concerning the language of this RFP should be submitted by email to purchasing@tulsacc.edu.
