Site work and renovation of a civil project in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: Replacement of 6 Valves at Waste Water Treatment Plant piping between the lagoon and seepage cells, including associated liner repairs and restoration Two Sanitary Sewer Sag Repairs, including associated restoration An alternate bid will be included in the project to complete construction in 2020 The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. An optional paper set of project documents is also available from Blue Print Service Company for a non-refundable cost plus applicable sales tax and shipping. (Full-size drawings are available upon request at an additional cost. Only printed plans obtained from Blue Print Service Company shall be considered scalable plans.)
