Renovation of a water / sewer project in Wellfleet, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Estimated Construction Range for Base and all options: Between $250,000 and $500,000. This project is seeking a qualified contractor to address deficiencies noted in the water tower inspection report dated 5/9/2016. The report shows deficiencies and recommendations to replace main components of the vent and re-painting. The tank shall also be drained to allow for washing down and/or chemically cleaning of all interior water chamber surfaces as well as measurement of any active metal loss. In accordance with the Statement of Work provide all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies and incidentals for the repair and painting of both the interior and exterior of a 100,000-gallon water tank for the Marconi Site area, within Cape Cod National Seashore, Wellfleet, MA. Period of Performance: 09/16/2019 to 12/16/2019 Submit questions regarding this solicitation by email to Todd Scola no later than 8/29/2019. Goals for minority participation for each trade 3.6% Goals for female participation for each trade 6.9%
