Proposals must be submitted in sufficient time to be received and time-stamped at the above location by the published proposal date and time shown on the RFSP. Richardson Independent School District will not be responsible for delivering mail from the post office. Proposals received after the published time and date will not be considered. Facsimile proposals and e-mail proposals will not be accepted. All documents must be filled out, signed appropriately and returned with the proposal as noted. Failure to do so will be reflected in the evaluation score. Proposers must submit the sealed proposal, along with three (3) complete copies, plus any material required by any addendum to this RFSP, by the time and date specified. This is a proposal to establish an awarded contractor and costs that will allow for the legal acquisition of product and labor in accordance with the drawings and specifications for the addition at Skyview Elementary. The proposal pricing form can be found in the project manual. Contact between solicited contractors and user departments during the request for proposal process or evaluation process is prohibited. Any attempt by a solicited vendor to contact the departments will result in disqualification. All questions regarding proposal procedures or scope of work must arrive in writing no later than Monday, August 26, 2019, 4:00 PM, to James Cason. All questions and answers will be submitted to all eligible contractors via email in addenda form.
