This applies to bid openings, pre-bid conferences and all on-premises contract work. Bids shall be opened publicly and read aloud after the closing time, 10:00 a.m. All interested parties are invited to attend. The bid opening will take place at PVSC's Commissioners Meeting Room on the first floor in the Administration Building. Bids may be withdrawn or modified prior to the time for the opening of bids or the authorized postponement thereof. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of the opening of bids. PVSC reserves the right to reject all Bids and waive any minor Bid informalities, defects or irregularities when it has sound documented reasons and in accordance with applicable law. Work to be performed under Contract No. B203 includes furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and other facilities required by the Contract Documents for improving the flood resiliency of PVSC's wastewater treatment plant in Newark, New Jersey.
