Bidding Documents may be obtained upon request to: Roane County Commission Silling Architects 200 Main Street 405 Capital Street, Upper Atrium Spencer, WV 25276 Charleston, WV 25301 Phone: 304.927.0078 Phone: 304.346.0565 The project involves installing a dry-pipe sprinkler system in the records rooms of the Roane County Courthouse. The successful Bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide a Performance, Labor and Material Payment, and Maintenance Bond for 100% of the contract award. All Prime Contractors and Subcontractors shall be licensed in compliance with SB409 (WV Contractorás Licensing Act). All General Contractors shall include their license number in the space provided on the Bid Form. After the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, no Bid may be withdrawn for aperiod of 60 days. The project involves adding a pre-action sprinkler system, The project includes four alternates for adding a wet-pipe sprinkler system
