The successful Bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide a Performance, Labor and Material Payment, and Maintenance Bond for 100% of the contract award. All Prime Contractors and Subcontractors shall be licensed in compliance with SB409 (WV Contractorás Licensing Act). All General Contractors shall include their license number in the space provided on the Bid Form. After the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, no Bid may be withdrawn for aperiod of 60 days. The project involves adding a pre-action sprinkler system, The project includes four alternates for adding a wet-pipe sprinkler system
