Pursuant to Section 287.057, Florida Statutes, the City of St. Cloud ("City") is seeking proposals from professional design build teams to provide all labor, materials and provisions necessary to produce a conceptual design, final design, construction documents, and to construct a new reinforced concrete skate park to be located in the Extreme Sports Complex, 2401 Peghorn Way, St. Cloud, Florida 34769. The City is accepting written proposals from all qualified vendors or individuals interested in providing the services generally described herein and specified in the "Scope of Services" section of this Request for Proposal (RFP) document. The successful proposer shall prove by his qualifications, experience, and plan for the work, that they will best serve the overall needs of the City. The selection of the successful proposer shall be at the City's discretion and shall be made in a prompt manner after receipt and evaluation of all responses. Under the proposal process, the stipulations set forth herein are fully binding on the proposer to the extent that you confirm acceptance by your signature on the Respondent's Certification page. The design concept should be incorporated into the +/-10,000 square foot area identified for the skate park.
