Project Summary: the Scope of Work Consists of Installation of Bicycle Boulevard Facilities on Approximately Twenty (20) Roadway Centerline Miles to Upgrade Local Residential Streets, to Optimize Them for Bicycling. the Project Will Fill in the Gaps Between Existing and Planned Bicycle Lanes, Cycle Tracks and Trails. the Project Includes The Installation of Traffic Calming Features, Speed Humps, Wayfinding Signage, and Pavement Markings Along Designated Routes. This Contract Contains New Minority and Woman Business (M/WBE) Enterprise Requirements and Workforce Goals This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents and Apprenticeship Training Requirements All Bidders are urged to attend so that their bid is not rejected due to lack of adequate documentation.
