Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Pompano Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work of this Contract comprises general construction and building envelope improvements including: 1. Fire Alarm System Replacement 2. Building 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7: Exterior painting includes walls, soffit, and all exterior masonry freestanding walls and exterior gates and doors. 3. Exterior chiller and chiller HVAC component replacement a. Replacement of air-cooled chillers (qty 2.) b. Replacement of chiller pumps (qty 2) and pumps components. c. Hydronic test and balance for new chillers ch-2-1, and ch-2-2 and existing chilled water equipment replacement campus wide affected by new chiller replacement. 4. Alternate 1: Fire Alarm training - Provide fire alarm panel training by the manufacturer for certification of PPO (9 people) software key turn over. PLEASE NOTE: SBBC has identified a Twenty percent 20% subcontracting participation goal for eligible SBBC certified M/WBE firms.
