Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Orange County government is working with Universal Orlando Resort to fund an estimated $250 million-$305 million project to address future transportation needs in the area. Construction began in August 2021 and is expected to be complete by Spring 2025. Plans call for 1.7-mile extension of Kirkman Road between Carrier Drive and Universal Boulevard. The project's north section will have nine travel lanes, including two dedicated bus lanes, bike lanes and sidewalks; and the south portion will have eight similarly designed lanes.
