BGIS Global Integrated Solutions (BGIS) is inviting qualified GC firms to provide technical submissions against this RFPQ to pre-qualify for the next stage of this two-phase procurement process, in order to perform the Work required to complete the project for a Stipulated Price, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Background: The purpose of the project is to pilot the new House of Commons Fit-Up standards within approximately 10,118 sq.ft of the 5th floor at 235 Queen Street. Project Scope: 5th floor demolition and fit up of team project space for approximately 62 FTE at the C.D. Howe building, located at 235 Queen Street. Includes the construction of small team rooms, focus/collaboration rooms, and open workstation layout. TIMELINE: RFQ for contractors has been cancelled and project has been placed on indefinite hold. There are no immediate plans to re-tender this project. This project has been cancelled.
