Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project entails street maintenance improvements at various locations throughout the city. The proposed work includes but not limited to, 17 new pedestrian ramps, the removal/replacement of damaged concrete sidewalks, curb, gutter, pedestrian ramps, and rehabilitation of the existing asphalt pavement at six project locations throughout the City. Any questions pertaining to the items, specifications and/or scope of this bid should be directed to the Q&A tab BEFORE 3:00pm PDT on August 19, 2019. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid must be uploaded prior to the hour and the date stated above. Bid Security in the form of a Cashiers check or Certified check must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager, at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522, prior to the hour and the date stated above. The City of Riverside Public Works Department has determined bidders shall hold a valid Class A or a Class C-8 State of California Contractors license in good standing. Bid prices shall be firm for 90 days from date of proposal opening to permit staff evaluation and City Council award. Upon award, prices quoted will be in effect for the term of the contract. The City Council reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
