The project consists of labor for replacing the gravel roof at the Carson City Senior Center, located at 911 Beverly Drive, Carson City, Nevada as described in the technical specification section of these bid documents. Senior Center Lower Roof Replacement Project Engineers Estimate $100,000 .The proposal shall include a price for labor only; Carson City will be purchasing all roofing materials. Prevailing wage rates are required for this project. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications and special conditions related hereto. Carson City has determined that the responsive bidder must possess a minimum of a Class C-15 with appropriate sub-classifications or subcontractors. All Contractors license shall be in good standing and issued by the Nevada State Contractor's Board at the time of the bid. Pre-bid conference: none. Questions regarding this bid must be received a minimum of four (4) working days prior to bid opening. A tabulation of the bid proposal will be available within 48 hours.
