Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Dubuque, Iowa. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility.

This will provide for rehabilitating Taxiway Alpha. The preliminary design phase for the rehabilitation of Taxiway Alpha including planning, schematic design, and environmental assessment will be completed in FY22. Construction on Taxiway Alpha SE (between Runway 31 approach end to Taxiway Charlie) to include all aspects of taxiway reconstruction, including finish grading, drainage, under drains, paving, airfield lighting, marking, and turfing, will be completed in FY23. Construction on Taxiway Alpha NW (between Runway 13 to Taxiway Delta) to include all aspects of taxiway reconstruction, including finish grading, drainage, under drains, paving, airfield lighting, marking, and turfing, will be completed in FY24. Taxiway Alpha Center (between Taxiways Delta and Charlie) ramp construction will be completed in FY25 including finish grading, drainage, under drains, paving, airfield lighting, marking, and turfing to finish this project. As of June 15, 2022, this project is currently in the City of Dubuque FY 2023-2028 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2023. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2023. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
