There will not be a Pre-Bid Meeting. However, Bidders are encouraged to visit the delivery site and become fully acquainted with the conditions relating to any construction and labor requirements, so that the Bidder will fully understand the field conditions which may affect the execution of the required work. Automatic Fast Transfer System: Provide the following distribution major Equipment, together with all appurtenances and spare parts as described herein, including shipping: 15kV Automatic Fast Source Transfer System, quantity 1. The successful Bidder shall ship the Equipment FOB Destination to the City of Bartow Electric Department Headquarters, located at 915 Stearman St., Bartow, Florida, 33830, Polk County, freight prepaid and allowed. Offloading will be performed by the City or their designated agent. The City of Bartow will not be responsible for bids opened before the specified time due to envelopes that are not properly addressed and/or unmarked as instructed in this notice.
