A new building consisting of a 2,600 square foot main level with 600 square foot mezzanine to include cast-in-place concrete footings, heated slab on grade, structural steel framing, insulated precast panels, metal wall panels and insulated translucent panels, metal roofing, concrete core slab mezzanine, gasfired furnace with a cooling coil and exterior condensing unit, energy recovery unit, high efficiency gas-fired boiler to serve the radiant floor heating, and associated plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety & security, and sitework. A certified check drawn upon a solvent bank or bid bond executed by corporations authorized to contract as surety in Iowa, and submitted on AIA Document A310 - Bid Bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid and made payable to The Adjutant General, Iowa National Guard, shall be filed with each bidder's proposal as a guarantee that the accepted bidder shall enter into a contract with the State of Iowa and file an approved surety company Performance and Payment Bond for the faithful performance thereof.
