Renovation of a medical facility in Glencoe, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Bids shall be presented in duplicate and be clearly labeled "EXTERIOR RENOVATION OF HALFWAY HOUSE/BEACH HOUSE" on the outside of the envelope. Submit with the bid: 1. A list of projects with Owner names and phone numbers demonstrating required experience. 2. A completed "Contractor's Qualification Statement" AIA Document A305 Scope of work: The Work includes Halfway House: replacement of the existing clay tile roof with new clay tile; select ma-sonry rebuilding and repointing; new drains at ground tile and new LED light fixtures. Scope for the Beach House: Select masonry repointing and new gutter and new LED light fixture replacement. Questions pertaining to the Construction Documents should be sent to Bauer Latoza Studio, Attention: Edward Torrez. Questions shall be received by Bauer Latoza Studio until AUGUST 29TH 12:00 p.m.. No questions will be entertained after this time. Building may be accessed through pre-arranged visits as scheduled with Mr. Chris Leiner, Director of Parks and Maintenance, 847-835-4648. Bid Security in the form of Bid Bond or certified check made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid plus all additive alternates must accompany the Bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond, AIA Form A312, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum within 10 days after ac-ceptance of the proposal. Failure to furnish such bonds will result in forfeiture of the Bid Security. To the extent required by law, the bidder shall comply with the provisions of the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, 30 ILCS 570/0.01, et seq.; the Drug Free Workplace Act, 30 ILCS 580/1 et seq.; the Human Rights Act, 775 ILCS 5/1-101, et seq.; and the Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01, et seq.; and the Veterans Preference Act, 330 ILCS 55/0.01 et seq.; but nothing herein shall require the application of those Acts unless required by state law. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Architect. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. Any bid submitted unsealed, or unsigned, without bid bond or received after the aforementioned date and hour will be disqualified and returned to the bidder.
