The description and location of the project are as follows: For bridge replacement including removal of existing culvert, construction of a precast concrete box culvert over a tributary to Towanda Creek, selected borrow excavation rock, milling, Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design base, binder, scratch, and wearing courses, guide rail upgrades, tree plantings, incorporated utility work (relocation of existing water main), right-of-way fence, and other miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 220, SECTION 233, in Towanda Township, from approximately 1.6 miles northeast of the intersection with SR 3009 at Segment 0320 Offset 1431, to approximately 0.6 miles southwest of the intersection with SR 2027 at Segment 0320 Offset 2116, and STATE ROUTE 220, SECTION 196, in Towanda Borough and Towanda and Monroe Townships, approximately 0.2 miles northeast of the intersection with SR 3009 at Segment 0290 Offset 1864, to approximately 0.2 miles southwest of the intersection with SR 2027 at Segment 0330 Offset 0361, and STATE ROUTE 220, SECTION 212, in New Albany Borough and Ulster Township, from approximately 150 feet north of the intersection with SR 3002 at Segment 0080 Offset 1211, to approximately 100 feet north of the intersection with SR 1022 at Segment 0570 Offset 0037, all in BRADFORD COUNTY.
