Site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The Project consists of the following: Patch and painting of existing facia frieze and underside of the eaves; Scrape and painting of all window and door trim; Installation of HDPE and aluminum panels with printed graphics to secure select windows and doors; Removal of vegetation around train station; Painting of brick in back of building. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. No pre-bid conference will be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Attention is called to the fact that prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Davis Bacon Wage Rate must be paid by the Contractors on this project and that employees and applicants for employment shall not be discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Each Bidder is required to meet the requirements of Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012. The City of Coatesville, Owner, hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
